Rafter with no vest drowns on Matanuska

A Wasilla man died Saturday afternoon after falling out of his inflatable boat on the Matanuska River.

Alaska State Troopers were notified around 2:15 p.m. that a small catamaran raft with no one on it was floating down the river near Mile 70 Glenn Highway, between Chickaloon and Sutton.
